GENESIS PACKAGE

 

DESCRIPTION

The GENESIS Package involves full service planning. From conception, design + logistical planning to the final touches of execution. Simply put, from start to finish we get the opportunity to serve you to the fullest extent and guide you through every little detail. We take care of all the logistics and design concepts behind coordinating and styling your party, all the while keeping you informed of the process. Our team scouts venues for your event, arrange catering/bartender, full event décor, DJ, photobooths and much more. Serving as the main point of contact between all third party vendors and being present at all meetings with or for you.

Allowing you a stress-free journey to your big event, we are the key players in making your event a success from the ground up. Being your BIGGEST advocate through out the entire planning process. We free you of the time and headaches of pre-planning to focus on family, friends and everything in between.

DESCRIPTION

The DESIGN Package involves partial planning. You've chosen your dream venue but you're stuck on finding the right tools and vendors to make your vision come to life. This package is perfect if you desire a main point person to manage the décor design of your event. You provide us with your venue information, along with any theme inspo. We will brainstorm design concepts and book all third-party vendors (Balloon Artist, Florist, Luxury Furniture Rentals, Party Favors, DJ, Catering, Photobooths, Kids Entertainment and much more)

TIER THREE

ENCORE PACKAGE

DESCRIPTION

The ENCORE Package, also known as Day-Of Coordination or Month-Of Coordination (for our Brides), involves the production management on the day of your event. You have put creativity, time, and heart into the planning process but need help executing your vision. As your event gets close, we will go over important details and tie up any loose ends. Basically, we will make that vision you worked hard for come to life. On event day, we will be there to coordinate all the details with your vendors and ensure that everything runs smoothly AND on time. We will be with you every step of the way, providing as much or as little advice as you require. Service starts 2-3 months prior to your event/wedding day.

We’d love to work with you and would be honored to provide our unique approach to wedding planning to curate your dream wedding day.
